Work is going

I've started taking calls from customers. It goes something like this:

Me: Hello, this is tech support.
Customer: Can I upgrade my system from windows 98 to XP without getting a new camera?
Me: Could you hold for a minute?
Me: (after putting customer on hold) Hey Sheng, can they upgrade their system from windows 98 to XP without getting a new camera?
Sheng: No, they'll have to purchase this special model camera.
Me: (picking up phone and talking to customer) No, you'll have to purchase a special model camera.

But I swear, I am learning! Sometimes, though, when I should be learning, I don't. Like now. There are no calls, and we've answered all the e-mails. I leave work in 45 minutes. What am I doing? Blogging. Bad me!
